The Orion Scoring System is a new type of electronic scoring system that automates the scoring process for the shooting sports. With Orion, shooters fire on paper targets similar to traditional targets. Once fired, the targets are digitized using a commodity scanner. Finally, the target images are scored on a computer using Orion’s patent pending technology. Results are ready almost immediately.
